Through MyAtriumHealth, users can manage appointments for their children or elderly parents, as well as access health information. Patients can also make payments for their bills and copays through the same patient portal.


The MyChart Bedside feature lets patients access personalized patient education materials, stay in touch with their care team, and request assistance during their hospital stay. Atrium Health patients are the only ones who can access TheAtriumHealth.

What Is The Registration Procedure?

The MyAtriumHealth Login portal can only be accessed by creating an account. To register, follow these steps:

  • Visit the login page at to create a new account
  • Under the login section, you will find a ‘New User?’ heading.
  • The next page opens when you click the ‘Sign Up Now’ link under it.
  • To create an account, please enter the following information:
    • First name
    • Middle name
    • Last name
    • Address
    • Other information
  • Registering for an account is as easy as checking the ‘Captcha’ box and clicking the ‘Submit’ button.


Your account will be activated automatically if you take the following steps:

  • Make an appointment with an Atrium Health provider
  • Check-in at your appointment

Upon check-in, the front desk staff will ask for your mobile phone number and email address if they don’t have them on file. The front desk staff will send you an activation text or email.

By clicking Sign Up Now, you can also request an account. Experian will ask several questions. You can verify your identity with Experian, a third-party service. Atrium Health will not see your answers to the Experian questions.

To verify your identity, Experian will run a soft credit inquiry. The inquiry will not affect your credit score. Please contact the MyAtriumHealth Support team at 855-799-0044 from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, if you have a credit freeze.
